This week we have Dr. Siegfried Hecker a nuclear scientist, Stanford professor, and former director of Los Alamos National Laboratory. In his lecture entitled “North Korean Nukes: What, How, and Why?” Dr. Hecker discusses his visits to North Korean nuclear facilities, the history of North Koras’s nuclear program, and its current capabilities. This lecture was recorded Jan. 19 at the Aline Wilmot Skaggs Building.
